Best hotel we have ever stayed at, the whole experience was wonderful. We arrived at about 12pm and were able to leave our luggage with them and "check in", however our room was not available until 3pm. We went for a walk to Olympic Park which is worth an explore if you have time. After arriving back at the hotel we went straight to our room on the 98th floor and the views were spectacular. The only thing I regret is not upgrading to a room over looking the Han River (something for next time!), the city views were still amazing with thr mountains in the background. We made the most of the complimentary refreshments until 4pm and then evening drinks watching the sunset around 7pm. The gym facilities were fantastic and of course had amazing views! Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel is stunning right near the lotte mall and the lotte tower which was super convenient in terms of shopping and seeing the other attractions we wanted such as Seoul Sky and the lotte world amusement park. From the second we entered the hotel the staff and concierges greeted us with a smile and their service was exceptional we wanted to see traditional markets and informed a lovely lady at reception and ended up receiving a map to our room with all the locations pinpointed which I thought was so lovely. Signiel immaculately answered any questions we had during our stay and helped us to the best of their abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Signiel Seoul, highly recommend it!!.

I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY at how great the experience was. I originally booked a suite which was a bit bigger than some of the other rooms, but the staff upgraded me to a larger suite which honestly felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The bathroom was HUGE and the room overall was very comfortable. I didn't use the minibar but there were lots of great options for alcohol and drinks/snacks. And the view from the top (101st floor) was absolutely phenomenal.

I loved that it was unique, the views were amazing, the food was superb. my room was very comfortable. I wanted to stay longer it was so good. the location is close to transport links

Amazing hotel. It is clean, bright and spacious. Breakfast buffet is beyond all expectations. I enjoyed the stay and it's definitely good value for money

Breathtaking view - nothing beats living on the 80+ floor. The restaurant were superb, food was delicious.

AMAZING view from the hotel room, the hotel lounge, the restaurant and the swimming pool - basically everywhere in the hotel 😊 The room was fabulous, with a huge bathroom. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a more expensive hotel than what I would usually stay in, but I would still say it was good value for money.

This hotel really is the best hotel in Korea. All the staff are beyond polite and helpful. A massive plus they all speak english. We cant empathize how amazing and luxurious this hotel is. We stayed 4 nights and we can't say anything bad about it. We will definitely return.

This is what you expect out of a 5-star hotel! The staff is great, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, the bed is so comfortable and there's not much we could say about that view!. The facilities like the spa, restaurants are bar are all amazing. And as an added bonus, the hotel sits above a lovely shopping mall with all the shops you might want to find and several other activities.
